I put on a ton of muscle when I bulked last winter and got a lot stronger, but my waistline also increased. Try your local stuff. Most breweries have a tap room where you can get flights (smaller tasting cups) of their beers. Remember to use sight smell and taste in judging a beer. Take your time assessing it. You'll find more to enjoy the more you expose yourself to them.
