Honest question: Why don't we rename this these generals the Tranny Circlejerk thread or Tranny Social thread?

It's purely for talking about day to day shit that's completely mundane and rarely about trans stuff. The MTF general label is misleading, especially the contents of the OP post.

It gives the impression that you'll get advice here but normally you just get bitchiness and it's a massive circlejerk of the same popular trannies.

Hello thread.
I didn't clean my room or listen to tool, but I did went out and researched some hospitals to see where I could get my blood tested.
And if it isn't the hardest thing to do...
At one place they basically said that if I didn't have a document requiring a health examination (from a school or a company where I would be working) I couldn't even take the examination, and I couldn't get a blood test even if I tried to say I'd pay without the insurance.

Another place just said I could get a normal health examination:
weight, height, blood pressure, urine sample, chest x rays, and a simple blood exam (cholesterol, liver, etc)
But that hormones weren't possible to test.
Also there was an option to get a breast cancer examination but I was denied it when I requested it "because it's only for women". Since when are men immune to breast cancer, Jesus.

And I biked like a total of 25 km just to find out all of this.

Then I think 1100~1200 is fine, al long as you get enough protein and fat, and very few carbs.
In my case I couldn't find good foods with a high protein to calorie ratio so that's why I basically ate whatever and then just burnt it all on exercise.
There's a good guide about protein/fats/carbs ratios out there, but I don't remember the name. Basically you want to measure the amount of grams of protein you consume (depends on lifestyle) then have a certain percentage of your calories be covered by fats (about 20 to 35%) and the rest should be carbs.

This way you're losing weight but also being healthy, instead of just losing weight that could be from somewhere you wouldn't want to lose.

Not eating protein might mean losing muscle and maybe you want that for feminization, but it can also mean protein isn't there for other important things happening in your body, so it's definitely better to eat enough and then burn than to just not eat.
