I'm confirmed bi (at lease sexually) and comfortable with it enought that Iwant to have gay sex for the first time. How do I find someone clean, trustable and safe?

I've chatted with people on craigslist, but I'm scared shitless of getting with someone with diseases (I read that POZ shit screencap).
