I'm in a coastal city where it gets really cold and foggy at night. My girlfriend and I went to a sushi bar down the street and it was super cold because the door was open. We got udon with tempura (would have preferred kitsune udon, but they didn't have it) and just slurping down warm noodles and sipping the broth was so nice and cozy. I love udon when it's nice and chilly out.

I think its always worth it and never a lost cause.

I had under functioning glands which a doctor only just these past few years diagnosed and got me on T but I'm a bit off since some things didn't grow as they should have and I am as I am and other things are trying to play a futile game of catch up.

Some parts of that resulted in a mental change of sorts. So I wish I could have done something about that sooner. But I also wouldn't have the experiences that I have now that make me who I currently am.

And the current self is better and never something to give up on.
