Estrogen seems set at 4.
Get blood tests done to find out what you really need. I'm on 100 spiro and doing well, and 8 E but that's probably overkill.

There really isn't much of a gatekeeping process, if you're capable of making decisions for yourself you can start is what it essentially boils down to. My guess is you're just stressed, though I can't say why having not experienced this portion of transition myself yet. But from everything I've read and gathered, you're right around the bend from totally assimilating female. It's like building blocks and right before you finish building the new tower you get the urge to knock it over is how I heard it described on reddit.
