Something crazy is happening to me.
At the 6 months mark I looked fem and cute in the mirror but masc in the reflection of shop and car windows while now at the 15 months mark it's exactly the reverse! How is this possible? Why do I look worse now than I did a few months ago?

I didn't. My weight is relatively the same since the day I started hormones.

Hm. Well the biggest thing for me is if my weight didn't change, it was how hydrated I was. Being a bit dehydrated kind of made my skin look a little aged or less "puffy" or feminine to some extent, since I don't wear make up. It might be hard to tell though if you don't have pictures to compare. Have you compared pictures from back then to now? You could also try showing people or asking people who you are comfortable with if there's any noticeable differences.
