I've been dating my bf for almost 4 years. He dumped his cis gf for me, but he was already gonna dump her cause she wanted kids and he didn't. When we became exclusive after he dumped her, I asked if part of the reason was because kids and he said yeah, but not every guy is like that.

Honestly, most mtf trannies I've met are bat shit insane...if I was a cisguy who wanted to sex up some trannies, I wouldn't bother dating most of them. Just like crazy ciswomen, it's better to do FWB rather than NSA or actually dating them. I know it sounds bad, but I've been around MtFs and FtMs for years...the average MtF is going to have more baggage than the average crazy cisgirl.

Add in some dysphoria, hormone swings worse than a period (depending on their medication and if they use progesterone) and possible endless amounts of limitations of what you can and cannot do during sex...I wouldn't ever go near one.
