How do I clean my butt for oral/anal? I'm seeing a lot

Well what I sometimes do is just a single enema in the morning, then use a douche to clear out whatever remnants are in the immediate vicinity. I don't do any special diet, I'm usually good for anal for a decent 12-16 hours or so after an enema unless I eat something that is prone to triggering bowel movements.

I've also done anal just fine without enemas assuming my diet is relatively good. Basically just eating lots of fruits and vegetables is all there is to it pretty much. Oranges are a pretty good source of fiber if you're not a veggies fan. Even if I eat tons of fast food and whatnot as long as I eat enough fruit everything works out in the end just fine.

A douche is a small bulb that only holds a few hundred mL of water, just for cleaning out your rectum basically. An enema holds 2L+ and obviously fills more of your intestines.
