What does it mean if, for the bulk of the time, I have no issues with being male at all, but once every month, or so something will happen that seeds in me this undying urge to be seen as a girl? A sort of uncomfortableness in my own skin.

cis is just the prefix that's the opposite of trans. it's used in science and stuff. basically cis means to stay the same and trans meansto change. so e.g
a transition would mean changing to something else and a cisition.... which isn't a word.... would just involve not changing.

I think it depends on if you're depressed or not. Depression can be a sign for transgenderism.
