Alla fine ho saputo dell'ex disem e pur non vivendo lì preferisco farmi un calvario di viaggi in macchina e farla finita con un paio di sedute e qualche firma. Già, la quantità di ostacoli e i tempi necessari in italia sono una roba indecente, per la maggior parte. L'unica cosa sarebbe trovare uno psico che sia super-congeniale e celere, ma comunque ci devi passar mesi - e a trovarne di psico così al sud non è cosa semplice.
Comunque se riesci a inserirti come dicevi fai bene, perlomeno sei sicuro di essere apposto con gli esami, coi livelli ormonali e cose del genere (no pun intended)

Comunque non è poi tanto difficile inserirsi nella lista d'attesa. Devi chiamare il centralino e loro ti passano endocrinologia. Poi basta che spieghi la problematica e, almeno nel mio caso, mi hanno dato il primo appuntamento a distanza di due mesi. Se sei disponibile a pagare l'intramenia nemmeno ti serve la richiesta del medico curante. Son genovesi, gli allunghi soldi e tanto basta. Poi è questione di andare un paio di volte per firmare il consenso e scambiare due parole con uno psichiatra che valuta tu sia equilibrato mentalmente e cose così, e sei fuori. Fossi in te mi informerei all'ospedale di Messina, che forse hanno la stessa procedura. Giusto per evitare di far un casino a lungo termine col self-medding.

A quanto so, puoi anche pagare un laboratorio d'analisi per farti controllare i livelli ormonali e valutare se stanno nel range appropriato. Costa chiaramente più di un emocromo che te la cavi con pochi euro, ma ti potrebbe servire per avere un riferimento. Capita che dose bassa\media per una persona sia dose normale per un'altra, anche se penso tu abbia già qualche tabella più o meno rudimentale per peso altezza. Ad esempio, io sto a dose "bassa" per i primi mesi ma già mi è spuntato un mustacchio da pedofilo del parcogiochi e acne, certa gente ci impiega molto di più. Genetica a parte, mi sa che dipenda anche da come il tuo corpo reagisce agli ormoni.

Si credo che prima o poi qualche esame dovró farlo per forza.
Sulle dosi hai ragione, il loro impatto dipende da tanti fattori, e io sono molto magra e mingherlina, quindi sicuramente nel mio caso le dosi necessarie non saranno altissime.
Peró c'è tempo, si vedrà fra qualche mese.
