Over about ten years of MtF HRT, an adult transitioner will have a similar bone density to what would be expected in a comparably healthy woman.

"Getting off" HRT won't put you at greater risk of osteoporosis in and of itself, unless you've already had bottom surgery of some sort (since a deficit of major sex hormones is a risk factor).
