I'm mtf too but there's a huge difference between say a cis girl having like say one slightly masculine trait like a large forehead, or big feet. And an mtf who has a conglomerate of masculine traits, it's together those traits that makes most of us clockable even when mostly passing, most cis girls just do not have that amount of masculine traits unless they have some hormone issue like PCOS.
