Just fucking follow the v2 somebody posted as much as you can. Don't go overboard, take it a step at a time but don't give in.
You'll see results but not miracles. Its not going to rearrange bones. Softer, cleaner skin, less weight, softer hair, Better hips & Ass if you follow the workouts well. As long as you stop asking "is this good" and just do it and don't stop.
If you're like I assume and a sedentary shitty eating NEET, anything you do healthier will slowly have good results, as long as you keep up with it. Even if it doesn't make you anime a healthy NEET is a good couple numbers more fuckable than an unhealthy NEET.
