To be fair, even cis women that are over 6' tend to be more mannish looking. For every bombshell model with legs that don't quit there are a dozen Eegahs with feet and hands equally large to their stature and a more squarish facial structure. I mean, seriously, just google "tall women" and you'll get hundreds of examples.

At least, to me, everyone over 6' looks equally bizarre to and strangely proportioned to me, increasingly so as height increases. Not to say being tall doesn't mean more work to pass, just, mannerisms and covering the deeper voices generally held by taller people are far more important than people generally admit as they focus too much on hands and feet that nobody looks at in the first place.

Fuck it. You only have one life to live. You may never pass fully as a woman, but you really shouldn't let this get you down. There are more important things in life. Get as much treatment for your dysphoria as possible, and make sure you are in therapy. Employ other people to dress you for your body type, and try to surround yourself with positive people.
I know you're only 1mo into it but you should wait and see how this shit pans out. Try to gain some weight 3-5 months in so that you can be at least a little curvy. Remember, tall women exist. Even if you don't think you pass, you might to some people.
