• Dutasteride (optional)

>▶ Hon tier:

Why if this is the rich kid tier and lupron is $1000 a month while goserelin is $550?

>mfw I take estradiol valerate orally and I'm a hon

It's true!
>>
>>6559033
>lupron is $1000 a month
She doesn't live in Europe/Canada and have it for free.
>>
>>6559069
Maybe they're putting kids on Lupron for free, but at least in Ontario adults get nothing paid by the province but genital and bob surgeries.

Which sucks.
>>
>>6559116

>tfw born 20 years too early to get the best drugs to maximize HRT gains
>>
>>6559069

And that's what makes me wonder why socialized healthcare systems and American insurance companies go with Lupron over cheaper GnRH analogs. And why are these drugs so expensive if they were developed in the 80s and should have had their patents expire a while ago? Although I think Lupron still has some patent on it related to implants which expire in 2019. I wonder how cheap GnRH analogs will be once there are generics.

Hey guys, I plan on buying Cypro online. Since the USA hates trannies I have to order it online, and the one I looking at is 50mg and 50 tablets for $59.99.
Would they be once or twice daily? I've been taking Spiro for 6 mo the, and the effects are okay, but not nearly as fast as I'd like (I have a prescription for them). What do you guys suggest?

I also plan on going on estrogen injections, to also speed along the process and have a smoother transition.
>>
>>6559232
Cartells.
>>
>>6559312
I take 12,5mg daily. So one fourth. But it differs. I recommend starting with 25mg and getting a blood test after a month or two.
>>
>>6559329
You said that was your daily amount, so would that be like, half of that twice daily, or just once? Sorry, currently having to take 100 mg Spiro twice daily, so I'd be a bit new to the whole, taking it once a day.
>>
>>6559312

Just once, and maybe you can take 25mg a day. The pills come scored in half for easy splitting.

>>6559324

At least patent terms aren't as long as copyright terms. However, they aren't quite as short as I thought they were. I looked it up and patent terms are 20, not 14 years long. But yeah, it's probably kickbacks or something like that.
>>
>>6559358
I'd say take it once. Antiandrogens really work to kill your T production not mask it in the blood.
>>
>>6559312
I used to inject for like a year, but finally got sick of it (needle phobia came back somehow) and switched to pills. Get 1.5 inch needles. The 1 inch will be too short to use after a few months. Make sure the gauge is good too, like 22. Estradiol Valerate is a very thick liquid. Be 100% sure to aspirate (pull back on) the needle before you go. If there's blood in the syringe, pull it out and insert it in another place so you don't inject into your bloodstream. Hold pressure on the injection site for a bit and put a bandaid on to stop leakage. And remember, inject into the upper right quadrant of your ass cheek, just above the majority of the flab.

>Protip: there's a kind of needle that retracts into the syringe with a spring once you get to the last drop in the tube, and it is so much better than pulling the needle out of you ass>>6559312

If being trans makes me eligible for a free breast augmentation, does being a femboy make me eligible for a free breast removal?
>>
>>6559375
No you degenerate. Hormones are for trannies not peterpan-disorder men.
>>
>>6559372

>The 1 inch will be too short to use after a few months.

In a good way or a bad way?

>>6559375
>>6559383

I wonder if femboys will start injecting alcohol and salt solutions into their breasts to calcify them and then get them removed as cancer prevention the way trannies do to their testicles.
>>
>>6559372
>>6559364
Thanks a lot! You guys are awesome! I'm really just tired of how slow the progress is, so I really appreciate this a ton, thank you.
>>
>>6559383
I'm trans but a femboy in public because I'd never pass as a woman, don't think I'm the only one either
>>
>>6559400
Your butt will get a little curvier because of fat distribution and it will eventually get too short and require you to press it hard into your skin to reach the muscle. It's a comfort issue, but it also makes you feel good about your butt, in a weird trans way. Welcome to transition! Good luck!
>>
>>6559430

Okay, so it's the good way. It was either more fat in the butt or your butt develops some kind of scar tissue that makes it harder to reach in to the muscle, which was the bad way.
>>
>>6559375
I don't know. Information on NB transition is harder still to locate than the binary stuff.

>>6559419
But this makes me think you should put a lot of thought into losing your boobs. I know that I would be inconsolable if I had to give mine up after having waited so long to get them.

I'd also suggest that you at least try presenting as female for a while, somewhere relatively safe, public, and away from your usual stomping grounds. Unpassable trans girls are often just letting their fear stop them from really finding out how passable they are.

where are implants
>>
>>6561195

Most trannies don't know about those. I would guess they go in Hormones of Champions tier.

Is it not a thing in the USA?
>>
>>6558988
what about transdermal estrogen and cypro? pls rate
>>
>>6561214

I think you have to specially ask to get it compounded at a specialist pharmacy (chemist). That probably requires asking your doctor to make that prescription that your estradiol should be given to you in the form of an implant as a prerequisite. According to a UK site, they're listed as discontinued in the UK since 2011, so the US isn't the only place they're not widely used.
>>
>monthly lupron
>6mg oral estrogen every day(endo only believes in pills and patches)
>1mg finasteride every day

Where am I at
>>
>>6558988
Ugh the memes.
I'm on injections and cypro. I've been on spiro in the past, I've been on oral/sublingual estradiol hemihydrate (estrofem) and also estradiol valerate (oral) as well.

There is no best method. IMO the best method is to not stick to one method forever.
I started with spiro+estrofem
Petered out with tit growth and changes, switched to injections, massive boosts in tit growth and feminization. After years, switched to oral estradiol valerate pills (progynova) and -saw boosts in breast growth and shape-, switched to cypro, saw changes in breast rounding and filling out, minor growth, went back to injections, minor shape improvement.

There is no best method, and people are going to react differently to all this shit. Spiro nuked my T below female levels at 200mg. Spiro is fine. Estradiol valerate orally is fine, I'd say better than estrofem, don't buy into the memes folks.

You could go with nothing but "hon tier" on the list and be fine, aside from Premarin, and I don't think people are really prescribing that shit anymore and if your endo wants to give it to you, run away. Finasteride alone would also be a reason to run. But oral estradiol valerate and spiro are perfectly fine.

OP is a retard.
>>
Uhh, I'm on sublingual estradiol hemihydrate and subdermal goserelin implants. It was my understanding that that was about as good as it gets, at least the results certainly have been.
>>

>I'd also suggest that you at least try presenting as female for a while.

>Unpassable trans girls are often just letting their fear stop them from really finding out how passable they are.

Not the same anon, but similar position. I actually went full time from the get go, but I'm femboy mode all the time since a few months ago.

Anecdotally, nobody has ever fucked with me, yelled at me for being in the wrong bathroom or called me sir except for a handful of times in early transition. But I know I'm not good looking. I don't get approached except by chasers and 40-60 y/o men who want to cheat on their wives with anyone young enough.

Being trans just isn't worth it unless you're like a 8/10 or better on the cis scale. Unattractive trannies are barely human beings and theres no point being an ugly/average woman if you don't ever have a real pussy to offset your lack of looks.

I seen a psychologist today….. it started off ok, we talked about my family and gender issues etc. Then I told her that I was struggling with deciding whether or not I should self med, because the legit system takes long to get through (my gp told me before it would take at least 3 months to get on hormones) …..Then we argued. She kept saying shit like “if you self-med you will be arrested and go to jail”, and I said “can you name one case of where a transgender has been arrested for self medding hormones? It is so statistically unlikely it might as well be a probability of 0” I said the worst that can happen is it gets caught in customs and you have to pay a fee to get it through. I live in Australia by the way. She completely ignored my real concerns with self medding and kept saying some bull shit argument, and then goes on to tell me that to see I psychiatrist for my endo referral it will take 6-12 months because I am not suicidal and low priority. What A FUCKING JOKE. I sweat the bitch is just trying to make me mentally ill so I pay her for more therapy, fuck that.

I am seriously at my wits end with this shit system. Should I self med? Or trust my GP? How the fuck do with waiting if I know that every second I wait to get on mones, every cell in my body is being raped by testosterone, causing irreversible masculinisation ?
>>
>>6563047
I would kill to have his body type. It might even offset my disappointment about how testosterone fucked up my androgynous pre puberty face and made me into a hideous caveman.

>>
>>6563173
Don't mention self-medication to your psychologist... never e v e r! But especially not in the first session.

I went to a psychologist in germany and it took me 6 months to get antiandrogens.
You have to realize, that your psychologist does not know you well enough to decide, whether you are really transsexual or just some femboy or whatever.
Just imagine how many fucked up people your psychologist has to see everyday?
>>
>>6563924
What fucking shithole is that? And I guess by either self-medding or being delusional hons.

There's a common myth that threatening to self-med will get you on hormones. But a bunch of psychologists met together and decided that the wpath's harm reduction model was being used too much. So now they're being cruel and trying to make an example out of people. You need to pretend to be subservient because medical health professionals like working with those kind of people. Try to get on hormones. I'll be rooting for ya
>>
>>6564040
where do you live? in stockholm there is no such requirement
>>
>>6563975

Which country are you in?

>>6564095

Easy, don't -threaten- to do it, just DO IT. I got my endo referral and GID diagnosis from a psychiatrist after one appointment and I told him I had already been self-medding 3 months. Then again, I live in the US where you're not as likely to find some paternalistic bastard that believes RLE is necessary and is likely to support other time-wasting practices.
>>
>>6561217
Transdermal sucks balls if it's the gel, but it's daijobu in patches. The caveat is that you have to wear 2 100 patches to hit the levels you need (600-800 pmol/L), meaning it's expensive as fuck.

I've never understood this, how do they prove if you've lived full time for 2 years? I've heard they ask employers and therapists, but you could just go to the therapists as a woman, and have your boss lie for you if you're chill with them.
>>
>>6579109 #

I think the countdown starts once the therapist tells you to start RLE. Meaning even if you've done 5, it doesn't matter if you did it before you met the psych.
>>
>>6564040
Somewhat the same shit here in norway, at least the government seem to have monopoly on all medical help for transsexuals, and only 3 people in the country - at the state hospital can decide if you get the treatment or not (rumors has it about 25% gets through (with lying) and the rest basically gets the middle finger).

I'm not interested in their regimen either way so I choose to self-med, getting bloodwork at my gp and hoping for possible prescriptions there (as a risk reduction or something) in the future.
