Not exactly an easy fix but getting surgery to remove them does the trick. I had recurring hemorrhoids and ended up having them removed surgically, never had an issue since.

What if you strain? I am trying to use steroids to get rid of mine and it works until one shit that makes me ever so slightly strain then they all come out again and Ive lost all progress.
