I didn't have any primer at the time but I used porefessional near the very bottom of my eyebrows, because my hairs are so thick that I have a lot of scar tissue from plucking and it evens what looks like large pores. Also all around the eyes I used light foundation so it was even. The shades were all from the naked 2 palette. I followed that eyeshadow basics post for this. I always do unless I'm specifically going for something different desu.
I really think a good brush is essential too. I just use an eco tools twin brush. After that I think it was just luck because I suck at blending lmao
