It might just be hpv, in which case they do just go away eventually, though you'll never get rid of hpv technically.
Also similarly there is no cure for herpes, only antivirals, but not everybody needs them or wants them.
I'm sure there are free std clinics somewhere where you live, just look it up online or call a hospital and ask if they know. You might be able to get treatment for free somewhere. Maybe sign up for an experimental drug study haha
