Probably overkill from what I've heard, yet I've had sources list it as the dose they used for this purpose. I think I've heard as low as 12.5 or 25mg per day being used.

50mg of cypro is much more powerful than 200mg of spiro.

While some people are fine on 200mg of spiro, I wasn't, my T never left the male range on it. Switching to 50mg of cypro destroyed my testosterone insanely fast. I later dropped to 25mg which is the standard dosage for most and my T was still lower than the female range.

Cypro's only function and use is that of an anti-androgen pretty much. Spiro on the other hand being an anti-androgen is more of a side effect which is why you only need a small amount of cypro compared to a boat load of spiro.
