I self med mainly because there are no real resources here to get hormones. I'd have just said I was a tranny and all that to get them, but here the one clinic is garbage and staffed by rude people with an outdated one-size-fits-all approach. I'd say the main difference that made me realize I was really femboy rather than tranny is that I don't really hate my penis, I don't mind being a guy and such either, in regards to pronouns and all that stuff. I don't get treated in the same way as before either, which I do like. Now I'm treated as a cute, weak, effeminate male. To be diagnosed with gender dysphoria you don't actually need to want to be a girl, as long as your male body causes you discomfort and you wish you had a more feminine body you probably meet the criteria. Thats part of the problem, really. We're both submissive and bottoms, and while we do enjoy each others bodies, it does make it much more difficult for things to work out sexually. Many professionals will still see it as gender dysphoria even though you do not plan to go full female but rather could say you are "nonbinary" or such things. Pros/cons of femboys vs trannies?
Femboys are less crazy, neurotic, depressive, and entitled acting.
We like having our penises and are cool with our partners touching them, sucking them, etc. Trannies on the other hand usually flip shit and make a scene over it, even though it's a really small thing, no pun intended.
