At what point should you give up hope that hormones will help you pass?
6 months? A year?

Nothing significant happens after 6 months. You should have hope after a year.
At 2 years you're basically done. A little bit more happens after 4.

Kind of a relief. I'm at 6 months atm and not a whole lot has happened.
So I still have some hope.
11 months
I am at this mark and I don't look one bit more feminine, never got ma'am'd etc
It would help if people would post their age and race. Thanks.

Look at how long your first puberty took you.
That should me your long-estimate, as HRT is generally a bit faster than regular puberty.

1. your voice is far more important than looks
2. if you can't pass prior to hormones you wont pass after
>>5833427
this is generally true though changes tend to happen in spurts and everyone has different times those spurts happen. i would say anything up to 7 years though after 2 you have a good idea of how much youre gonna get

if you don't pretty much pass before taking them, you're not going to pass after

>hoping FFS will save me
All that's keeping me alive at the moment.
3 years.
there are better ways of coping with reality letting you down than suicide. try psychedelics and re-evaluate how you're going about things. seriously

I didn't pass before, but I do now.

I'm just over two years and I'm still changing. My hips and boobs are currently going through a growth spurt.
I'm about to be 24yo and I'm a Caucasian mutt (in order of mix Italian/German/Irish/Native American/???).
Does HRT actually do anything to your face?
I'd say 3-4 years in. I had no real changes 1 year in except for less acne and sore nipples. Boymode started failing 2 years in, and my boobs only really started growing 3 years in.
People saying that hormones work as shortly as 6 months are crazy. Puberty itself lasts years; such is the case here too.
... And I was hideous before HRT and looked like an ogre and wouldn't have passed under any circumstances. I'm stealth now, and people think I'm cute.

Reduces some muscle, especially around the jaw, and tends to round the cheeks a bit, further reducing the sharpness of jaw, as well as cheekbone. Skin typically becomes noticeably lighter and clearer. Eyebrow space recedes slightly.

prove it

How bad before pham?
I'm hoping this happens to me. I already get called cute for a guy, which gives me hope that a cute guy will pass better than a handsome guy. Idk guess you just hope for the best but save for ffs incase.
