Want to try trapping but want to do it right.

My question is; what kind of diet is best?
Obviously avoid Red Meat and go for Vegetarian food, but is Soy objectively better than Quorn? etc etc.

None of these things individually will have any noticeable effect.
The point is to add all of these together... At least that's the supposition I'm making.
I'm just thinking if Quorn will min:max the same as Soy then I'll do that since it's more readily available for me.

Hate to break it to you pham, but taking AAs by themselves are bad news. Unless you for some reason want all of the negative side effects that come from having diminished sex hormones I'd steer clear of them.
