Honestly there is no good answer. Some people get a sexual thrill, others do it just because they feel off. Personally I'm not trans because of anything sexual, but it still plays a role in my sexuality as I'm not able to feel comfortable in an intimate manner without engaging in my desired role.

Even if it's someone who sexualizes it to an extreme, like some mid-life transition hon that trounces around in clothing of a 13 year old girl. Who's to know if they haven't dealt with the same dysphoria an early transition felt but just never had the opportunity, just kept pushing it off, and now it's so late in the game that they have no where to start and are desperately trying to live the life they wish they had. Doesn't mean they are AGP. It means they have issues, decades of repression, that they need to deal with and will probably never resolve. I just feel sorry for them.
