I seperate them by gender-presentation, so transgirls go in the same folder as cisgirls.

I don't have fapfolders.

I dump them all in the same folder. Don't have time to sort out all that shit and it makes for a nice and varied slideshow.

I don't look at porn anymore and rarely fap since I'm on hrt (like once every 2-4 weeks), but I never really separated them into different folders based on gender

Instead on my PC I sorted primarily by medium (images, text, video, software (erotic action-adventure games ftw), mixed) and secondarily by artist, and for each medium I also had an unsorted folder if I was too lazy to figure out the artist
But besides my PC I also used my iPod Touch to browse images on danbooru, and saved whatever I particularly liked, but I never manually sorted that. However, my interests changed over time and it's sorted chronologically so depending on how much I scroll it varies from yuri to yaoi and anything in-between and hundreds of weird temporary fetishes I've had from inflation to mlp to insects to monster girls to threesomes to double penetration to slime to swimsuits to blushing to pegging to lolis to magic to tentacles to futanari to machines.

...since I'm on hormones only the vanilla romantic stuff with lots of hugging and kissing and sensual use of hands really appeals to me anymore, though.

I have a perfect system where I save all pictures that I find on the web in one folder and then sort out specifically attractive and esthetically pleasing and put them all in separate folder
No separate folders for genders though

/d/eviant here. I organize it by fetish or character. Most of the fetish stuff is female, and obviously the male and female characters are each in their own folders. It mostly sorts itself. My fur folder is gender separated though.
I can't really fap to both genders at once, I have to pick one and stick with it.

I just have S, G and B folders, pretty obvious from then on. In those I have pretty much the same categories, the difference is the genders and that's it.
Porn folder > S/G/B > [naming the fetish]
