Hey, /lgbt/ I'm trans female, I've accepted it about half a year ago. I'm not a "girly" person, I'm who I am, like what I like... yatta yatta yatta. But now's the hard part, telling my family, so, how did you come out, I need some advice pl0x or this shit's gonna give me a full blown anxiety attack some day.

Does your school have a counseling service? Possibly you can go there if they have one. Free clinics are another possibility.
