I hate having to make life changing decisions right at the last min. I have 2 choices. I am still being kicked out before January and I can either work for my dads friend in the rail road and destroy what femininity I have left, and make enough just for a room for rent. is right. subtle makeup is usually best for day to day looks, too bold and you'll draw more scrutiny.
If you think you have thin lips you could line your lips a bit further away from your actual lips (like border them) and then color in with lipstick to give illusion they are bigger. You got to be careful though or it can look clownish.
Alternatively you can put a tiny bit of white pencil/eyeliner/shadow right on the center of your top and bottom lip, it gives it 3d look. works pretty good but don't apply it too boldly.
