I have the gay lisp. How do I get rid of it?

I've seen a lot of articles talking about how it's because of a "frontal s" pronunciation. But I don't know how to change that. I've tried moving my tongue lower when I say the S but it just makes it sound like I'm missing some of my teeth.

Netflix has a documentary called Do I Sound Gay or something. I'm guessing you have an upward inflection in your words. Stop it and go downward.
