Same goes for cis women but for them it's not such a big deal since most cis women have feminine facial and body structure underneath of those fat deposits. For trans women however who usually don't have female facial and body structure underneath losing that fat shows their masculine bone structure. This is why it's important for a trans woman to get FFS so when she does get older she'll have feminine facial structure to fall back on. That or the cheaper route which would be lots of botox and fillers. Lots of trans women who started younger then got older report that passing becomes harder as you age for trans women.

I pass. Nobody knows I am transgender except for my family, close friends and boyfriend.
