Hello, I'm new to /k/. I was wondering if anyone had any information on a "Zi-Di 5.6x35 D.R.G.M" rifle. My grandad owned one and I'm going to inherit it soon but cannot find any information on it.

"Zi-Di" is short for Ziegenhahn, the designer, and Diem, the manufacturer. These were made in Germany in the 1930s. 5.6x35mmR is based on .22 Hornet and you can fire .22 Hornet in it.
