What does /k/ think of flintlocks?
You can buy a flintlock or matchlock rifle without any gun licence in Canada because they aren't considered firearms.

Napoleonic warfare is the most aesthetic kind

I mean, it'll kill people. History has shown that much.

You're retarded. Flintlock and Percussion handguns are still considered Restricted Firearms by the Firearms Act unless they are legit pre-1898 antiques. Percussion long guns not pre 1898 are non restricted firearms.
The only license free firearms here are antiques or prescribed antiqes.

Love them. Antique ones.

>All matchlock, flintlock and wheel lock long guns are considered antiques no matter when they were made.
Untrue. Reproductions and modern guns are considered firearms in most jurisdictions and you will need paper or declarations to get holy black in most places and having it shipped is difficult. Substitutes less so.
If you want a BP gun there are better options like sniders, trapdoors and martinis or sharpes, cap and ball revolvers etc.
However antique flintlocks are wonderful.

That's a direct quote from the RCMP and you think it's wrong?
