What's with all the tards choosing cartridges with high recoil for a child? The obvious choice is pistol caliber carbines. The low recoil and semi-auto only makes it an obvious choice. A mix of Kel-Tec and Glock 9mm carbine conversions would make the most sense to me due to interchangeable double stack mags and low cost. If you wanted to go ultra cheap Hi-Point carbines could also work. They're pretty durable too, great for children in Africa. Low capacity sucks though.

No they don't moron. The recoil kicks their tiny malnourished frames around like a feather in a tornado.
These kids probably can't hit beyond 150m anyway, and my carbine kids will easily beat your battle rifle babies because they can aim their lighter pistol carbines easier and use follow up shots, as well as being able to carry substantially more spare ammunition to spend on suppression.
Throw in a select fire Glock carbine with 50 round drums and a bipod to act as a SAW to each of my squads for some full auto suppression and you won't stand a chance.
