If you go by TNT equivalent of explosive power sure, if you count all the nuclear warheads in storage and not just the fully assembled ones then there's literally tens of thousands of them.

Usually nukes have their yield given as an equivalent in how much TNT you'd need to use to get the same size bang, presumably they've tried to do some math of the amount of TNT (or other explosives expressed in TNT equivalents) used in WW2 then compared that to the total yield of all the warheads.

Allied air power in WW2 dropped about 2.7 million tons of bombs around Europe&Africa, and another 650000 tons in the Pacific. A good chunk of this will be the bomb casings, but let's round it off roughly and say 2 million tons of TNT or equivalent in the end. So equivalent to one single 2 megaton warhead.

There currently exists about 14900 nuclear weapons, with a combined yield that may be something in excess of over five thousand megatons. So I'm not going to start counting dots in that image, but the overall message is correct at least, all WW2 will be two six year olds throwing pine cones at each other compared to a all out nuclear war.
