Not that anon, but I agree. Most of the current problems in the middle east can stem from the fact that the borders were drawn with little to no regard of the ethnic and religious groups of the area after the fall of the ottoman empire. By allowing them to redraw their own borders, countries in the ME could be much more internally stable. For example, the kurds should have a section of syria and iraq cut away for a kurdistan state.
