what are some surplus military clothes that don't make you look like a school shooter or conscientious objector?
>>
>>35060965
Stop being a faggot and just use civilian gear. If you wear milsurp and you aren't a milbro you suck dick. Face it.

Not even military guys wear their gear outside of training because they don't want to stand out.

With few exceptions, milsurp is only acceptable as innawoods clothing.
>>
>>35060965
Combat boots. You'll look like every guy who's ETS'd
>>
BDUs always look strange in public especially camo patterns save those for hiking or camping

Sometimes I wear my flecktarn pants around town because they are comfy but the rest of my outfit would be civilian casual
>>
>>35060965
I've got a great DPM jacket id like to wear casually but its always too hot and I'd be weird to wear a different country's camo as a milfag

Brandit is pretty decent. Had my jacket for 3 years now and nothing has fallen off or torn yet. Dependign on the style you get you won't look autism but they do sell some hard military autism shit.

The M65 jacket in OD green. That's the only milsurp thing that I could comfortably wear in public without feeling like Autismus Maximus.
>>

>Not even military guys wear their gear outside of training because they don't want to stand out.

t. someone who's never met vets. I can't count how many took their trousers and cut them into shorts when they got out.
>>

I think you mean

>t. someone who's never met shitty trailerpark vets

Speak what u know anon.
>>
>>35060965

Your average civie dresses faggier, wear what you want and pay this gear queer furry trap suck off board no mind.
>>
A black or OD green M65 is always acceptable.

Desert boots are acceptable if you are no longer in; but pure new-private cringe if you are.

Fleck parka in the fall/winter is comfy as fuck on Alabama. And since it's Alabama camo is suitable in almost any circumstance. Sorry if you live in a cucked state where milsurp is frowned upon.

Not surp, but a lot of modern male fashion is derived from military clothes. Check out field jackets and bombers. Also a lot of boots too.
>>
>>35060965

Pro-tip OP, if you find a milsurp jacket you like a lot but don't want to deal with the autism, just dye it black
>>
>>35061012
>and you aren't a milbro you suck dick
Some of the best head I've ever had was from milbros so don't act like they don't suck hella dick.
>>
>>35060965
The only outerwear that's acceptable is shit like field jackets and bombers and old leather boots

Camo is basically awful outside of very specific styles.
>>
>>35062337
I can agree with this, I was at kohls and they had sonoma m65 jacket, so its seen as a fashion clothing in this modern time.
>>
The M65 is homeless tier, if you're going for USGI aesthetics buy a repro M43 or M51 jacket. They are cut more sharply imo.

The USAF field jackets produced from the mid-50s to 1966 look amazing. My female coworkers at Nordstrom years ago would compliment me on my jacket.

Alternatively, buy a desert DPM smock for cheap and dye it black. Has six gorillion pockets and looks amazing.
>>
>>35062841
This, bonus points if it's a """rare""" meme pattern the local camo autists will throw a fit over.

I have no idea why people wear combat boots when they don't have to. The damned things are hot, heavy, and just generally fucking uncomfortable, and if you're a civilian there are much better options.

I find mine comfy. But then I'm also a fucking weirdo and like MOPP gear too. Feels like wearing a comforter or one of those autism weighted blankets.

Have you tried not being such a little bitch holy shit.
I'm regularly working outdoors in Florida tier weather and I've never experienced this "hot feet" phenomenon, and the weight difference between flip-flops and steel toe boots is completely negligible unless you're auschwitz mode.

Were they those roughly $35 ones?
I saw them the other day and ended up not copping it because it felt really cheap, but I guess you could do worse for that price.
>>
>>35062337
>M65 jacket
I don't know, most people I see in them look like school shooting autists who aren't comfortable in their own skin. Or slightly less autistic tryhards who want to be taxi driver.
