Not at all. All we have to do is wait. North Korea was a shit country before they had nuclear missiles and nothing has changed since then. They might have a decent warhead or two but they have no capacity to back up the use of that missile. Any situation where the north strikes first causes them to lose because they wont be able to survive what happens next. This whole situation can be resolved by intensifying the pressure on north korea's economy and ignoring their military threats. Kim jung un will be left with three options:
1. Give in, save face, stop his nuclear program and try to open economic relations internationally, or

3. Do the unconventional thing and try some international indecent / terrorist style attack.
