Mine is now reliable, bought it used and it had a few issues with damaged parts. Ordered the damaged part from the importer and installed it. Also had an issue with the OEM laminated grips, the screw holes were too deep and let the screws touch the sear. Made some spacers and all was good. The OEM plastic grips gave me no issues.

Most things I've heard tend to be good. There are some with issues but it seems to be older models or magazine problems. The main pain in the ass is that while the warranty is good, getting it fulfilled can be a headache as there is no central location to send them in the USA for work. Instead you contact the importer and they refer you to a gunsmith that you can send it to.

Mecgar makes a good 8rnd magazine for them. Laminate grips need a spacer and I had to reprofile them a bit to fit my hand better.

I was extremely skeptical at first. My friend wanted one and I tried to talk him out of it without ever handling one.

Shot his at the range one day and fell in love. Even with the 10rd mag, i could shoot rapidly on target extremely easily. So I bought it from him. I've had good luck appendix carrying. I have a Glock 17 mag I stick in my back pocket with 17 more rounds on tap; waiting on my mag holster to get in.

>>
>>35062390
It may sound like a weak answer but simply put I like 7.62x25. I've got nothing against 9mm and I fully understand 9mm is a hell of a lot easier to get than 7.62 Tok, and there's a better variety of premium defensive ammunition for 9mm. But I like it and I shoot it well and I'm confident in my abilities with it. Had I got the M70A and put in the same amount of trigger time I'm sure I'd be just as competent and confident as I am with the M57. But that leads me to my next point. Call me a hipster or whatnot but I kind of like being different. Not in a holier than thou kind of way, I understand what I got myself into. And like I explain to my friend who believes Gaston Glock is the most recent messenger of god: this is America damn it! If I want to carry an M57 I'm going to carry a motherfucking M57

Plus I like to sperg out and say it can penetrate 3A body armor. I know its possible but not a guarantee, but the reactions can be funny. And it's slim as fuck and throws pretty big fireballs. But most importantly it works. Over 800 rounds through the damn thing and it only malfed once and that's because I didn't fully seat the magazine.
>>
>>35063030
>this is America damn it! If I want to carry an M57 I'm going to carry a motherfucking M57
the most American answer you can give.

Also, most of the ammo won't do it. You'd have to look into the hot stuff, somewhere around 1600fps, IIRC, the PPU is the closest over the counter ammo to do it. down side is that it's not consistent.
>>
>>35058560
being able to walk on the ceiling must give an enormous tactical advantage
>>
>>35063030
Hell, you could have just said "muh fireballs" and nothing else and i would have understood lol.

Even if you miss them, they'll still shit their pants.
>>
>>35063105
The wolf gold I got is advertised at 1,722 fps. Though that's probably up for debate and I dont have a chrono to test it. what I really want to do is get some reloading equipment and cut down and reshape .223 brass into 7.62 tok and use .30 cal XTP bullets. But alas I have no reloading experience so I'll stick with commercially available stuff for now.

>>35063179
Muh fireballs. Sometimes I wonder if mixing a small amount of magnesium or titanium shavings into the powder would make for a ridiculous fireball. I wouldn't carry it but I'd love to piss off some fudds at the range with it. Then act confused and say it's surplus ammo. That's just how them damn commies loaded it

How are you carrying it IWB?

Also for pocket carry, use a pocket holster, I have a Kel Tec P32, and when it's in a pocket holster, it looks like a wallet.

Now, pocket carry has its own issues, but a holster will keep it from printing, also keeps shit out of the gun..

>>
>>35068014
I like it because it is comfortable and I never have to worry about what I am wearing as long as I have jeans on. Black slacks or khakis would also work I suppose. Once you practice the draw it is quite fast however it is a 2 handed draw for speed. You can do it one handed in a pinch but it will be nowhere near as fast.

They are basically impossible to draw if you are sitting straight up. If you are able to thrust your hips in the air you can make it work like if you are in a car but that is the biggest downfall of this holster. When you sit you are essentially pinching off the route the holster has to take to get from the inside of your pants to the outside.

I have mine at my 1'o clock and it essentially rest between my dick and my pocket. Plenty of room in pants in that area so nothing gets smushed. I actually quite enjoy the feeling of the leather bound pistol rubbing against my junk. It is like your carry pistol is lazily stroking you off in bed when you watch netflix together. As far as printing it is almost entirely undetectable and even if someone see it they assume it is a phone or your big black dick so no one stares too hard. Even if someone else owned the holster they could never say for certain you were carrying unless they saw that flap at the top that sits in front of the belt.
>>
>>35071423
Still seems like the best way to CC a full size pistol with your shirt tucked in. Could always draw and stash it in your car if you're going to be driving for a while.

Something to consider.
>>
>>35071539
Yes that is one major advantage. You can carry big and heavy and get away with it as long as you got a good stiff gun belt. I'm honestly considering just getting a car gun to shore up that weakness.
>>
>>35067655
Not at all. It conceals the same as any other generation. The flare is pretty low key.
>>
>>35063685
>calls people casual
>does not clean guns
>>
>>35072160
Maybe a car gun isn't the best idea, could carry a backup in a location that's easy to access while in your car.
>>
>>35074856
Yeah but if I am wearing a 5'o clock backup pistol in a traditional holster, why am I carrying the urban in the front?
>>
>>35074878
I carry a backup on my ankle, carry primary at 4 o'clock.

Ankle's easier to get while sitting down.
