Might as well buy steel cased stuff and save the pennies. Bought a bunch of the .223, 70-80% of the cases have flash holes that are off center.

I can get a box of these for $16 at a local store. How are these ammo compared to other soft point 308?

I haven't used the soft point yet, but the FMJ Perfecta isn't bad at all for the ~150 yard plinking I do.
I probably still use Federal Fusion for hunting just cause.

I see it for $10/box and usually buy half of whatever because I do /k/ meets and the M1A is too fun to not shoot 200+ rounds every time it leaves the safe.

IE last week they had 30 boxes so I bought 15. I'd buy it all but I don't want to be a dick.
Now if I saw it for $7 I'd buy it all.

Prvi makes good brass. It feeds and ejects reliably in guns that are particularly picky with .308, so it's generally good shit. Accuracy is nothing special.
Also their FMJ M80 ball is routinely sold online for ~$10 a box in bulk.
