Might be a bit of an out-of-bounds thing but... A range. I like the guns I have now just fine. It'd buy a bit more land, build a proper sheltered bench position, landscape some targets, maybe lay out a pistol range with targets on rails... All the little range comforts and some challenging stuff for training. I'm not sure how far 100k would go.

This would be my choice. Issue is I live in a city, so I'd need a spot further out.

If not that, probably buy a bunch of ammo. Then set up a proper mancave with a real safe, reloading bench, and small workshop. Full auto AR15 if theres enough cash.
