What does /k/ think of my collection so far?
Also post your own arsenals.
>>35036701
fake and gay
The one above the sks, a squires and bingham/stirling/rock island?
>>35036720
I don't know too much about it I've only had it a few days. It was my grandpa's, I got it after he died. It says "Targeteer" model 265 on the barrel.
>>35036704
Not an argument
>>35036701
Wood is good
I need more wood in my collection.
Since this I've gotten a MAS 36, K98k and 1868 Trapdoor.
>>35036835
I would love to have handguns and an AR-15 in my collection. Canada is a wee bit communist.
>>35036873
Freedom is just a few miles south brother.
>>35036835
what's the second rifle?
>>35036952
On the left? Sako 85 Bavarian in .30-06.
Life is suffering in upside down land.
>>35036701
What kind of magazine is that in your 303?
>>35036981
A cheap, made in Japan magazine. I'm currently trying to find a proper ten round mag on a website that ships to Canada.
>>35036701
Newest addition with the siblings
>>35036835
What is the third rifle from the Right, next to the shotgun?
>>35036981
Adler a110 aussie comfirmed. How do you own all the others though, what with the tight laws there?
>>35037140
Grendel SRT-20F
Basically a Sako A2 with a Douglas Match barrel plopped and bedded into a folding stock similar to the Kel-Tec SU-16.
>>35037325
I just bought them all, there's no restrictions on the number of guns we can own. Everything there falls under the normal, easy to get licence. My particular state is a bit more relaxed than the others.
The handguns were a bit harder.
>>35037369
Same as here in nz. Easy to get most things without a pistol grip haha
>>35037388
You guys at least get semi-autos though. Semi-auto anything here is straight up unreasonable for the average person to have.
>>35037401
I like those adler a110s i wouldnt mind one for the novelty haha. Oddly enough theyre nowhere to be seen here
In progress priolly gonna re print rhe lower in nylon but its a fun prop rn. Who lalso likes these ring tail forends?
>>35037355
How's it shoot? The stock looks somewhat janky as a precision rifle, but I love the idea. With that action and barrel combo I'm sure mechanical accuracy is there, it would just be a matter of being able to use it.
Any tips on how to replace the gas tube cover on the SKS? that damn pin just isn't coming out
>>35037640
Sub-MOA, best I've gotten out of it was .85 MOA at 100 yards (furthest range I could go to unfortunately). Not the greatest but considering it's a gun that I bought with an unknown amount of rounds the pipe and it's from the 80's it works. Very light recoil surprisingly and the stock is plenty comfortable. The muzzle brake on this thing does wonders honestly. Unlike the SU-16 where the stock folds with a button press, there's a captive screw that you unscrew with a knob connected on the inside of the stock so it's extremely stable. I'm trying to find an old USGI clip-on M16 bipod since they attatch to this rifle.
Newest family photo, need to get another shot of the 930 with the correct backdrop. Think the next purchase will be a Steyr M9.
>>35036701
It exists, which is better than most people.
>>35036835
Not bad. I kind of dig the Kel Tecs.
>>35037441
You have interesting tastes. Not sure if they're good tastes, but interesting.
>>35037369
I'm guessing you're in Qld, I'm in SA, I was curious how strict are they with meeting the requirements for cat C and D, I heard from people in the East that pest eradication must be your profession. While here in SA I know a bloke who gets a secondary income from half a dozen alpacas wool he keeps, and that was enough to be considered a primary producer and successfully get his cat C and D. Is it really as strict in Qld as I heard or is it more like here?
>>35038885
I'm in NT and I don't have a C/D licence so I'm not sure how strict they are.
From the people I know with them it basically comes down to what the police are willing to approve.
Keltec edition
Swapped the flash hider on the vepr308 with a flash enhancer, will post pic I took from a webm I posted to /akg/. >>35033100
the other stuff, just missing a 22cal pellet rifle
Tested it out last night for the first time, I was worried it wouldn't be dark enough but it did just fine.
>>35036873
but dem 222s mang
do they work for bad headaches?
>>35036701
My collection so far, also just finished building an AR lower
>>35036701
Love the wood on the sks.
>>35036863
loving all the milsurp, and apparently they used the same camo pattern on your 10/22 as they used on my muzzleloader
>>35036981
You shoot a lot of clays?
>>35037132
Pretty neat looking action on the gun on the left.
>>35037441
A good start, you'll love that skorpion when it's done.
>>35037774
That mosin chinese? Reminds me of a friend's gun.
>>35037832
2/10, made me reply
seriously though, pretty nice
>>35037914
Thank you for removing the bayonet lug from the sks if you aren't going to have a bayonet on it.
You use those black powders much?
>>35039024
I kindof like keltek stuff. I don't get why people rip on it so much. Refreshing to have someone who makes new designs instead of dressed up AR/AK clone #3000.
>>35039092
Keep your pics, in 10 years it'll be fun to watch it evolve.
>also just finished building an AR lower
I was going to say, time to get a long gun too now.
>>35039172
The bayo lug was already removed when I got it. I take the muskets out once a year to shoot, but mostly have them for reenactarding.
>>35039172
Thanks, 2/3 of my 'surp was bought this year.
>>35040567
Loving that bolt action on top, even if I know I can't afford it.
What is it?
>>35040678
>What is it?
Accuracy International AT308 20" left handed with folding stock.
I swapped the stock sides to thumbhole stock instead, cuz it's an AI trademark afterall.
If you want something similarly looking for cheaper, you could build a rifle off an AICS chassis (using a Rem700 compatible action).

http://www.accuracyinternational.us/wordpress1/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/AICS-Selector-17-US.pdf
Or you could build a rifle with a Roedale RCS II chassis (using a Rem700, Tikka T3 or Howa1500 action).

How do you like the RDB? I love the RFB, I haven't decided on if I'll get an RDB
>>35040740
>continued
Personally, I'd go for something like the J. Allen JAE-700 or KRG Whiskey-3 over an AICS. None of these options are cheap though.
Some other good options:

>>35040751
So far, I don't. Had several issues that I had to send back to the factory on my own dime and pay out the ass to fix because I'm not the original owner.
However this is one of the first 100 made with different specs and as such can't fairly be considered representative of the current versions. Haven't taken it out since getting it back just yet.
>>35040751
Beautiful collection.
>>35040853
aw man, that's disappointing
>>35040862
Thanks!
>>35036701
nice try ATF
>>35036980
Fucking solid, how does she handle?
>>35037832
Updated properly, Autism satisfied.
>>35036835
Wood gives me wood
Especially old wood
