These. I obsess over designs I know will last and always have parts available for. Assuming you like metal guns, in your budget you might be able to get a trade in berreta. If you saved you could get a highpower used for around 450$ or a nicer new one for 600+

For polymer, a used m&p40 would be more expensive than 9 to shoot but is known to be a very reliable gun you can pick up for ~350 after tax.

You really should just save for something that will last, a decent gun will be around a lot longer than you
