Thanks anon but I dont think that would help.. I think the main reason is because I am so strange. My closer friends even cancel on me people tend to say I am creepy or weird from what I am told. But I still make friends easily enough.
It also probably doesnt help that many of the people I attract towards are leftist. Most of the people in my friends groups are pretty liberal. Right now I have a huge crush on the girl at my coffee shop but I have spoke to her enough to Know she is no different than them and that I should stay away. I know extending the offer is only going to make her not like me. I know its for the best anyway.

If you go to the range alone you can get into a zen-like state. You can focus in getting the smallest group you can and getting good with your gun.

Shooting with friends is for showing off your gun and magdumping and sperging about guns.

I know that feel anon. I have one buddy who has some really neat and fun guns like a .300 memeout "pistol" but he's always busy with his gf or cant afford ammo because he has to pay his gfs rent. i have another buddy who has a couple guns; a cz75 clone and an sks and a couple .22 rifles who can never shoot because his weekends are for his wife. I always end up going to the woods where we used to shoot together and shoot my guns by myself and talk shop with the other dudes who show up at the woods to shoot.

I'm currently deployed and one of my best friend just got in and was posted across the country from me and my other best friend is still in the dead end town we grew up in.
These two guys are my only true close friends.

I have other army buddies that I can shoot with, but it isn't the same. I know the feel anon.
