Will these ever cost $330 again?

I barely see them in stock. Never seen one at my gun store.
>>
I'd check online and see. I remember Sweaty Ben's Shilly Crates had them on sale a few weeks ago.

I doubt they'll ever be available for an extended amount of time at that price again. They still popo up in my lgs for around $430 every couple months.

So basically the only advantage is that it folds in half? But it's no shorter than an Uzi or SBR'd AR9 or Sig MPX?

They're fun to play with and the threaded barrel is a plus if you have a can.
>>
>>35014349
>no shorter than an SBR

Well, no shit Sherlock, considering it isn't an SBR.

Folds up in a backpack and uses the same mags as your glock. More velocity and stock help a lot for accuracy at distance.

Considering it costs less than a Glock, and actually has a lifetime warranty, it is obvious why they sell out so fast.

It's basically the Glock carbine everyone says they want Glock to make.
>>
>>35015502
I have an SBR'ed AR9 that is smaller, takes Glock magazines, and was pretty close to the same cost. I also have a MPX that is smaller but not nearly as inexpensive. Also have an Uzi which is not comparable in size with it's 16" barrel nor in weight nor in cost. With a 9mm, you're getting very little additional velocity after 10"-11" of barrel.

I also have a SBR in .300 Memeout that is far superior to any of the above while being the same weight and size. I'm also in that for about $400.

I try to like every gun I see, but this one I just don't get. I even like the Taurus Judge.
>>
>>35015982
Your SBR AR9 cost considerably more than $375, and has less velocity and even less sight radius. At the least it cost you $500 +$200 tax stamp, or $100 for an arm brace. And if it is a budget build, the warranty likely won't be worth mentioning.

Don't get me wrong, I love my AR9, but it is a different niche. And considerably more expensive.

You can discuss other calibers and rifles but the purpose of this is to utilize the Glock mags you already own and probably carry with you.

If you don't find a quickly folding carbine that shares mags with your side arm appealing, that's fine.

But that's why people buy them and why they sell out. Not something for everyone, but neither is .300blk or an SBR.
>>
>>35015982
Its cheap, has versions that accepts Beretta 92 mags/glock mags/colt smg mags, weighs 4lbs unloaded (compared to the 16in Uzi weighing 10+), is reliable, and when folded is only 16.25 inches long. Its about as compact as you're going to get without paying and waiting for an sbr stamp.
>>
>>35015982
>I also have a SBR in .300 Memeout that is far superior to any of the above while being the same weight and size.

Are you suggesting .300 blackout is better at punching holes in paper than 9mm? I'd say given the price difference, the paper perforation isn't a substantial enough improvement.
>>
>>35015982
>>35016444
Made a mistake, does not take colt mags, but it does also have options for p226 and M&P mags.
>>
>>35015455
What caliber?
What's the accuracy on that thing (with the suppressor?) The barrel is TOO DAMN THIN!
>>
>>35016467
It's better for deTyroneification. It hasn't been used for that yet but that's only because The Nigger Invasion hasn't started yet. It will and you'll need to be ready for that day.
>>
>>35016441
$200 stamp, $250 upper, free lower, assorted lower parts. Say $500 total to include assorted lower parts but probably closer to $450. Same deal for the Memeout SBR. Sig and Uzi were a bit more expensive.
>>
>>35016441
You get maybe 50 fps difference between 11" and 16" in most 9mm rounds. Minimal improvement.
>>
>>35016592
And more with hotter loads. Sight radius is likely a bigger factor for most shooters but the added velocity increases the distance you'll be supersonic, leading to an increase in the effective accuracy at distance.

You'll also get slightly less noise and flash, plus no heavy buffer slamming back like an AR9.

But most importantly it keeps the ATF away.
>>
>>35016568
So you carry it in a backpack to be ready?

I live in florida and it's pretty easy to find these.

It's a minimal increase. That 50 fps increase is an average across JHP defensive ammunition. It's a PCC...sight radius is meaningless because your effective range is still very limited compared to even the shortest 5.56 rifle. You do have a point about keeping the ATF away.

Keltec makes some really innovative shit, this included. I just don't see a problem that this thing actually solves or a role it fills.
