Pretty sure it is also the aggressive angle of the grip, giving it amazing comfort for a lot of people shooting it. And yes, the price too. But CZ prices are going up little by little and outside of their mainline polymor guns, they produce things in waves, so supply/demand plays some effect in it all as well.
If AREX can market their stuff at same prices, they can easily cut into CZ's market, since they can fill in the gaps of cz supply.

Also, it seems cz is now focusing on their polymer game, and if the bren 805/806 keeps doing well, most likely their semiauto rifle game as well.
