I know right they seemed like decent springs, must be a soft or cheap metal. I had two of them loaded for maybe a year and a half or two, I unloaded them a few times throughout the year, both failed catastrophically. Especially when they were trying to do this whole "math" about why a civilian can't effectively use a 556 or 223 but only with a 22lr are they considered "allowed" to effectively use but the military is the only one that is allowed to use the non-22lr rounds?

Authors post on /k/ and other gun forums all the time, looking for suggestions. They always want some cutting edge autismo stuff that is uncommon, which is why a lot of books that mention guns are silly. There was a guy in here just a week ago who was complaining that the realities of modern body armor didn't fit his book's plot, so he ended up saying his character was gonna sew a bunch of plate carriers together for better protection.
