I always love the tales of patriotism and almost everyone's will to defend Finland, it was truly inspiring to read. I always felt winter war soldiers on the Finnish side had it the worst because of -30 weather, pitch black all the time, outnumbers to hell and haveing worst tech then the Russians at the time. I 100% agree with you, but that doesn't mean Commies getting rekt isn't good and that the Spanish Civil War wasn't interesting and that the bad guys didn't lose. As bad as Franco was, he was the lesser of all the evils at the time. Had the Nationalists lost Spain would have been even worse off than it was when they won. After Franco's death Spain very quickly changed for the better, had the Republicans won that kind of change wouldn't have happen and Spain would have stayed even more shitty.
