They are none of those things. Not even slow moving if they get motivated. The ocean is huge and locating them would be extremely difficult. Odds are what will give them away is when they launch a strike, and even then it's going to be hard figuring out where it came from and the strike was likely aimed at destroying your tracking ability in the first place.

I feel like most YJ-62 are either air-borne or ship-borne. Those truck aren't legitimate launchers. But since they don't want to display a huge destroyer mockup or something the Indian loves,which would make them look like complete idiots, in a parade. It make sense to load these things in fake launchers then add some "marine/navy" flavor camo to it.
