Always wanted one, but after having shot one, my 2¢.
The recoil management does work, in a sense.
Rearward recoil is eliminated but having that mass moving up and down caused me to string my shots vertically.
I was shooting one of the carbines and this thing was heavy; like ak47 loaded to the gills with shit on the rails heavy.
Too heavy for a 9mm in my opinion.

Try to find one for rent at a range and shoot it for a while.

If you get one, make damn sure you're getting a newer Gen2 as it fixed a lot of the reliability issues that the first series had (which is a normal thing for new devices).
Besides that they are fun.

Get cz scorpion, the internals on that are fucked.
It's a cool idea but in semi it just takes the recoil and makes the gun bounce with each shot.

The polymer that Kriss uses to make them is really shitty and soft imo.
Recoil system is okay, makes the charging handles really fucking hard to pull back.

Alright OP, let me break it down for you since this thread has been un-helpful and retarded.

The recoil managment system isn't garbage. It's very different.

Meaning, if you're used to shooting something with a linear action, you will shoot it poorly, and you likely won't feel very proficient with it at first.

I didn't start getting used to it until around 1200 rounds, and it's still an odd feeling going from it to a regular rifle, but now I can make steel sing over and over again at 50 and within pulling the trigger almost as quickly as I can.

It's also stupid fun to bumpfire, but that's just dumb and a waste.

Inversely, there are some nitpicky problems I've had with it, but have since been taken care of with some patience and modification, such as flipping the safety selector on the right side of the gun so it didn't dig into my finger, and some edge smoothing.

Now it's totally comfortable to shoot and the charging handle has loosened up considerably compared to when it was brand new.
