This thing is all i've ever wanted in a gun. It's compact, it's simple, and its quite unique. Sadly a canadafag so i'll never be able to have one.
Russian contract Winchester 1895 (in 7.62x54r). I've wanted one of these for 10+ years now, but they rarely come up for auction/sale, and are always priced just out of my comfort zone, given the condition they're often in.
I seriously can't think of one.
Super-expensive luxury gun?
Heavy machine gun?
Ultra-rare whatever?
I think I've gotten to the point where I've owned so many different guns, and shot so many more, that they all kind of get muted. "You put it to your shoulder and it goes "Pew!" and there's a hole downrange." They all just do that.
I mean, there's guns I like, ones that are interesting or nice to look at, or good to shoot for various things... but I don't really have a unicorn.
Am I jaded or something?
Feels bad man
Or any roller-delayed blowback HK, really. Since I live in Canada, all that stuff is banned, because of bed wetters.
One day I'll have one.
L42A1 7.62x51
Most recently, the Ed Brown LS10 has given me a throbbing, pulsating erection.
10mm long slide 1911 with RMR.
Fo tousand dolla.

Sounds like you approach firearms from a shooting perspective, rather than a collecting perspective.
A lot of guns shoot similarly, and if your main interest is actually shooting, the difference between one battle rifle and another is fairly negligible. If your main interest is collecting, the difference between, say, a Yugo Mauser and a Chilean Mauser is quite significant.
One day

If you have $489 laying around, you can just buy a 37mm version. Probably more useful for civvy fuckin around anywho
Sako 85 Black Bear .308, still saveing up for it

Is it just a flare gun, or can you actually launch fun stuff with it?
>>34917690
Never ever.

This works too.

FS2000 in both the tacticool version and pic related.
This from playing too much Rainbow Six as a kid. Might get a T*rkshit mp5k as my next gat but without the select fire it just isn't the same.

Live somewhere not free enough?
Don't know, but i know that one gun that will never let me down.
Parker hale 1000 series.
This one my dads had since the 80's i use it now.
Learned to shoot on it and still do. Still shoots straight, no issues whatsoever. You can pick them up for as little as £200 now days, brand new and boxed ones still turn up. and go for £600 at most.
I have so many potential candidates for grail gun i have no idea.

>Live somewhere not free enough?
yup
It literally was our service rifle for 30 years too. M14s are totally fine though, go fucking figure
M1919A4 converted to 54R. Bought the gun a few years ago (with tripod/t+e), ran out of funds before I could do the conversion. Pic is not my A4.
Win-the-lottery grail gun would be a Lahti 20mm.

Vickers MG in .303 REAL FOOKIN BRITISH
In my opinion, the best MG ever devised.

Even just in semi automatic would be fine, but full auto would be cool. I just like the way they feel, and the way it's set up, a handy 9mm gun with some cool history. But I'm in Canada so an offbrandish replica is the best I can hope for. Close second is the Colt Dragoon, and I'll be getting a close replica before I die for sure.
