They're okay I guess? Russia is starting another modernization program to turn the B3s to T-72B3Ms. Considering that everyone that isn't NATO uses shitboxes for tanks I'm sure they are fine because their armor power becomes useless in a war against NATO.
The best T-72 is probably the B3M from Russia or whatever the Poles have.
