People keep telling me AUG is "Ay Yu Ji" not "Awg"

Three letter acronyms are spelled out (CIA, USA, IRA, KGB, USB) unless they're an existing English word (RAM, CAT, PET, CAD). Four-plus letter acronyms are pronounced because time savings (NASA, AIDS, NATO, LASER, SCUBA)...

I pronounce aug like awg.

But, FAL like ef ay el.

I guess I just go with that sounds better.

I've always heard/said Awg and usually Fal, but occasionally Ef Ay El. Its just easier to say I guess.
